VOLUNTEERS URGENTLY NEEDED FOR OUTDOOR SERVICES

Outdoor worship services have exceeded our happiest dreams, but as you might imagine, it takes a tremendous amount of labor to set up church outdoors and bring it all back inside. We urgently need more hands to make light of this work. In fact, we cannot sustain outdoor worship without volunteer help. If you are coming to outdoor services, and can serve on any of the following teams, please email Kyran at community@annunciationepiscopal.com to let us know.
  • Set Up Team: arrive at 8:30 am, set up welcome and worship areas
  • Breakdown Team: 11 am, put away tables, signage, supplies
  • Ushers: arrive at 9:00 am to assist with seating people
  • Greeters: arrive at 8:45 am to check people in until 10:10 ‘

Subject to weather conditions, outdoor services are planned for the following dates:

Nov 15, Nov 22, Nov 29, Dec 06, Dec 20
