ADVENT BEGINS THIS SUNDAY WITH NEW SERVICE TIMESADVENT BEGINS THIS SUNDAY, November 29 with updated service times:
The expanded service schedule is intended to provide more options for our congregations to safely gather as we enter the rainy season again. 9am Holy Communion. A simple service of Holy Eucharist, Rite II will always be held inside the church at Annunciation each Sunday. This service will have instrumental organ music and will not be livestreamed. Masks are required to enter the building and strict social distancing between households will be observed. Attendance will be capped at one third of our total seating capacity, well below the most recent revised guidelines from the city and state. 9:30am Godly Play. Godly Play moves back a half-hour to accommodate the new service times. Check-in with temperature screening of children begins at 9:20. 10:30am Morning Prayer. A service with music led by Steven and Jessica will continue to be outside when the weather permits. Once a month Holy Communion will be celebrated, to be announced ahead of time based on the weather. When it is too wet to be outside, this service will move inside the church. Masks will be required to enter the building and strict social distancing between households will be observed. Live streaming of this service will continue for the benefit of those who are safest at home. GET TEXT ALERTS FOR WEATHER CANCELLATIONS Send the text EZSUNDAY to 474747 to opt-in to receive an alert should an in-person service be cancelled on account of weather or COVID.
