We are currently seeking a Sexton - Superintendent. This individual will help us on a part-time basis in maintaining the church property as well as being the first point of contact with our non-profit tenants.
Main Duties include: Routine maintenance, Fulfilling Tenant Requests, Working with Vendors for larger repair/maintenance tasks.
The salary for this position is $17.50 per hour.
Church attendance/membership not required. Previous experience working with non-profits religious organizations a plus.
Time commitment: Up to 20 hours per week. Most of the work is done during the week, though some evening/weekend work will be required.
Receiving names until position is filled. Interviews will be scheduled as names are received. Anticipated start date no later than October 1, 2022.
