Collect of the Day: O God, because without you we are not able to please you, mercifully grant that your Holy Spirit may in all things direct and rule our hearts; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

On Saturday, August 29, 2015, Annunciation and the other churches in Broadmoor hosted an Interfaith Prayer Service: Remembrance, Thanksgiving, and Hope. Nola.com reported on the service and also recorded The Rev. Hal Roark's message. Fr. Hal and his family were members of Annunciation for several years after Katrina.
